1. Service description

ALTRIXOS provides trading analytics, AI diagnosis, behavioral insights, dashboard reports and educational explanations based on user-provided exchange data.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use online software services and responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for your exchange accounts, API key permissions, trading decisions, risk management and account security.

4. No financial advice

ALTRIXOS does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Information generated by the service is analytical and educational.

5. No trade execution

ALTRIXOS is not intended to execute trades or withdraw funds. Users should only connect read-only API keys and should not provide withdrawal-enabled credentials.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may provide access to additional diagnosis features, history, AI reports or premium tools. Billing terms, prices and plan limits may change over time.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, exchange API outages, rate limits, infrastructure issues or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTRIXOS is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market losses, exchange failures or decisions made based on analytics.
