ALTRIXOS is designed around privacy, read-only exchange access, encrypted credentials and user control.

1. Data we collect

We may process your email address, account status, encrypted exchange API credentials, exchange account metadata, imported trading history, diagnosis reports, AI-generated explanations, technical logs and payment-related account metadata.

2. Exchange API access

ALTRIXOS is designed for read-only API access. Withdrawal access and trade execution permissions are not required. You should never provide API keys with withdrawal permissions.

3. How we use data

We use trading data to generate analytics, behavioral diagnosis, trading health scores, AI verdicts, profit leak analysis, hidden edge detection and weekly action plans.

4. Security

Exchange credentials are stored in encrypted form. We recommend that users manage API permissions directly inside their exchange account and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

5. Payments

If paid plans are enabled, billing may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. ALTRIXOS does not store full card numbers.

6. Data retention and deletion

You may disconnect exchange accounts and request account or data removal by contacting hello@altrixos.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

7. No financial advice

ALTRIXOS provides analytics and diagnosis only. It does not provide investment advice or guarantee trading results.
